AXIS is a real estate investment firm located in Orange City, Iowa that connects investors to multi-family projects within the Midwest. Founded in 2020, the team at AXIS has grown quickly with full-time team members passionate about real estate.
Value-add apartment assets drives the investment philosophy at AXIS. Our team targets properties that are under-performing and implements our business plan to bring these assets back on track while producing superior returns for our investors.
Today, AXIS works with investors nationwide to purchase quality multi-family assets within the Midwest market. Our team provides residents with affordable housing while delivering a premium level of service designed to reduce turnover and increase resident satisfaction.

Our goal is to provide all around excellent service from our property management to customer service to investment services. We provide clean, comfortable rental properties and have a maintenance team that is always on hand to ensure every property stays in top shape.

HOW TO SCHEDULE A SHOWING
At AXIS, we require that anyone interested in touring any of our units has to apply and be approved before we schedule a tour. We often get asked why. We do this to make sure we have serious potential tenants touring our apartments.
